Join Claudia, Gary, and Georgia for a deeply rejuvenating yoga retreat in the serene village of Quimixto, a remote fishing village nestled just south of Puerto Vallarta. We’re thrilled to be returning for the third time to this beautiful property, the sister property of the beloved Xinalani retreat center.
This year, we’ve reserved the entire Mixto property, giving our group exclusive access to this beachfront haven. With two yoga decks, a pool, a full-service restaurant, and plenty of lounging space, Mixto is the perfect setting to reset, recharge, and reconnect.
If we exceed Mixto’s capacity, overflow guests will stay at Xinalani, a short 5-minute walk away. Both properties are fully accessible to all retreat participants, and Xinalani adds even more amenities, including a stunning hot yoga studio, an infinity pool, beachfront lounging, and additional yoga spaces.
Prices for rooms at Mixto range from $1600-$3225.
This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself—mind, body, and spirit. Our intention is to create a nurturing space to explore living in alignment, supported by consistent yoga and meditation practices. 5 nights at Mixto (or Xinalani)

Taxi to the port
30–40 min boat ride to Quimixto (arrives right on the beach!)

Xinalani Accommodations
A variety of beautiful room configurations available (details to come once Mixto fills)
All room bookings are first come, first served. We will begin by filling Mixto, and then shift to Xinalani once Mixto is at capacity.
Morning Practice (8:00–9:30 AM): Hot Yoga at Xinalani followed by meditation. (Curious about starting a meditation practice? Contact Gary for support!)
Breakfast follows morning practice.
Free Time: Relax, explore, or enjoy optional activities and spa services.
Lunch served early afternoon.
Evening Practice: Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra, held at Mixto either before or after dinner depending on the day.
Evenings: Expect bonfires, music, dancing, and space to connect or unwind.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Surfing
Swimming with Dolphins
Horseback Riding to waterfalls
Temazcal Ceremony (traditional sweat lodge with local Shaman)
New Offerings: Cold Plunge, Cacao Ceremony
And of course—the unforgettable beachfront spa!
We’ll coordinate group activities once the retreat is full, based on interest.
Arrival: Please book a flight that lands in Puerto Vallarta no later than 4:00 PM on July 21st.
Departure: Your return flight should leave no earlier than 11:00 AM on July 26th.
The only group boat transfers will be on these two dates.
Many guests choose to extend their stay in Puerto Vallarta before or after the retreat.
