The PATH Course is more than a program. It’s a guided, personal journey of spiritual evolution rooted in the principles of Kriya Yoga. PATH stands for Personalized, Approach, Transformation, and Harmony, but it transcends its acronym. Our custom course offers a full-body invitation to align with your most authentic self. This immersive experience blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern tools to help you grow, heal, and thrive.
What is PATH?
Personalized
Your journey is your own. Every element of the PATH Course is tailored to your needs, goals, and aspirations. One-on-one sessions provide individualized guidance, ensuring that every step aligns with your personal path. You’ll receive expert mentorship from a dedicated teacher rooted in the Kriya Yoga tradition, offering thoughtful, structured support throughout the experience.
Approach to
PATH blends timeless yogic teachings with modern insights, combining tradition with neuroscience and practical strategies. You’ll explore DEVA meditation, breathwork, and movement practices that create a structured yet adaptive system for growth. By understanding how the brain responds to meditation, you’ll gain tools to integrate the practice into your everyday life.
Transformation &
Through sustained practice, PATH nurtures self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness. From sound healing and Yoga Nidra to in-depth clinics and group discussion, you’ll experience a full-spectrum immersion that fosters deep internal shifts. The course is designed to release mental and physical tension while supporting lasting change.
Harmony
As your mind, body, and spirit begin to align, you’ll cultivate inner peace and connection within yourself and with others. You’ll balance strength and softness through a mix of power yoga, Bikram, and restorative practices, and build a sense of belonging through community reflections and shared experiences. This harmony carries forward long after the course ends.
Course Structure
The three-day in-studio immersion is designed to support deep transformation through a thoughtful progression of movement, meditation, discussion, and energetic practice. Each day features a blend of active and restorative yoga styles, including Power, Bikram, and Restorative, paired with guided DEVA meditation and reflective group discussions.
You'll engage in focused practice clinics to refine technique and understanding, experience sound baths to support nervous system regulation, and explore Kriya Yoga as a central energetic thread throughout the weekend. Shared meals offer time to connect, integrate, and nourish both body and spirit. By the end of the weekend, you'll leave feeling grounded, expanded, and supported—physically, mentally, and energetically.
Before the Weekend

Your PATH journey begins with a few foundational resources to deepen your understanding and set the tone for your experience. You’ll be asked to watch Stroke of Insight, read Surrender, and optionally explore Samyama for a richer perspective.
If time is limited, condensed readings or audiobook options are available to support your learning in everyday moments.

These one-on-one sessions with Gary are tailored to your personal path and can be scheduled at your convenience.
Session 1: Interview
This first meeting is a personal conversation to explore your goals, background, and current needs. It sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Session 2: Initiation
You’ll be introduced to the DEVA meditation technique in a fully guided, supportive format. There’s no time limit, just space for you to absorb, ask, and practice.
Session 3: Follow-Up
In this final session, you’ll refine your technique based on your experience so far. You’ll receive personalized adjustments and insights to help deepen your practice.

Before the course weekend begins, you’ll join your group for a 5-hour session designed to introduce key concepts, establish connections, and set the tone for your experience. This orientation includes guided meditation, an overview of the DEVA meditation process, and an introduction to how the brain works in relation to practice.
You’ll also explore breath awareness and pranayama techniques, and dive into the eight systems or eight limbs of yoga. Breaks and discussion time are built in to encourage reflection and create a welcoming space where you can begin your journey feeling grounded and supported.

Brunch/Break: Time to nourish, rest, and connect casually with others.
Meditation: Guided practice to deepen focus and center your awareness.
Discussion: Group reflection and insight-sharing based on your experience so far.
Power Clinic: Explore techniques, alignment, and energy in your physical practice.
Kriya Practice: Dive into the core energetic work of the PATH journey.
Sound Bath: Close the day with deep relaxation and nervous system reset through vibrational healing.

10:00 AM – Bikram Yoga: A classic sequence practiced in a heated room to increase flexibility, focus, and endurance.
Brunch/Break: Replenish and recharge before continuing.
Meditation: Ground your energy and integrate physical and mental awareness.
Discussion: Share observations and insights in a supportive group setting.
Bikram Clinic: Fine-tune your form and deepen your understanding of the practice.
Dinner: A relaxed, shared meal to nourish the body and foster community.
Yoga Nidra: Guided yogic sleep to support rest, release, and subconscious transformation.
If time is limited, condensed readings or audiobook options are available to support your learning in everyday moments.

10:00 AM – Restorative Yoga: Gentle, supported postures to calm the body and mind.
Brunch/Break: Enjoy a final shared meal and moment of pause.
Meditation: Set intentions and continue inward exploration.
Discussion: Reflect on your experience and clarify next steps.
Restorative Clinic: Personal guidance on how to carry restorative practices into your life.
Kriya Practice: Revisit and deepen your connection to this central technique.
Sound Bath: End the weekend in stillness, integration, and harmony. You’ll also explore breath awareness and pranayama techniques, and dive into the eight systems or eight limbs of yoga. After PATH
In-Studio Optional
Scheduled based on your ongoing needs, these sessions offer space for continued insight, support, and refinement. For out-of-town participants, we offer options to meet on the Friday before or Tuesday after the course.
